Where We Ship
We currently offer local delivery within the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery Times
We deliver frozen products using insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain product integrity during transit. Estimated delivery within the Lower Mainland: 5–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Rates
- Orders under $100: $14.99 delivery fee
- Orders $100 and over: FREE delivery
Frozen Product Handling
Our products are delivered frozen with insulated packaging. We recommend being available to receive your order promptly. Pind De Pantry is not responsible for product quality if the package is left unattended for an extended period after delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at pinddepantry@gmail.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
