Tadka is a Punjabi mother sauce. This is the base of every dish, whether home-cooked or at a restaurant. Onions are caramelized slowly with fresh ginger, garlic, and our homemade masala. It's a versatile sauce that can be used to make vegetarian, meat, seafood, or even vegan and non-dairy dishes.
